PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

1. In this statement, “personal data” has the meaning given to such term in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong (the “Ordinance”).

2. Your personal data are supplied to Hong Kong Living Foundation Limited (“HKLF”) on a voluntary basis and will be used in connection with processing your message to us. Failure to provide sufficient information may render HKLF not able to process your message.

3. Your personal data may be disclosed or transferred by HKLF to its auditors, service providers, the government and other entities for the stated purpose or for accounting, audit or record keeping purpose and retained for such period as may be necessary for verification and record purposes.

4. You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data in accordance with the Ordinance. Any such request should be in writing and sent to HKLF’s Operations Manager by email at admin@lf.org.hk.
